How to get more reps of your techniques than everyone else

Try this the next time you watch TV.
During the commercials, close your eyes and picture yourself doing a technique you want to learn, as many times as possible, until the commercials are over.
During a typical 2 minute commercial break, you should be able to mentally practice at least 20 to 30 reps of that move.
If there’s 5 commercial breaks, you’ll have performed 100 to 150 reps...
